On 12 March 2021, the Council of the European Union adopted a recommendation on Roma equality, inclusion and participation in all Member States. It replaces the December 2013 Council recommendation on effective Roma integration measures and has an expanded scope. This Recommendation builds on previous experience, and reviews and expands the measures to be taken.
