The project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020) by the Secretariat of the National Council for Cooperation on Ethnic and Integration Issues of the administration of the Council of Ministers.

Тhe Secretariat of the National Council for Cooperation on Ethnic and Integration Issues (NCCEII), has completed the implementation of the project "T.E.A.M.2 - Together wE Achieve More". The project was funded by the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020) by the Secretariat of the NCCEII through the administration of the Council of Ministers.
The project continued the initiative of the Secretariat, as the National Roma Contact Point, to provide a platform for dialogue and cooperation of the stakeholders on the implementation of the National Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for Roma Integration 2012-2020 (NRIS).
In compliance with exceptional anti-epidemic measures, during the project a total of 14 thematic discussions, working meetings and an opening meeting were held with the participation of representatives of relevant stakeholders at national, regional and local levels – institutions, NGOs, mediators, etc.
The discussions focused on the challenges in planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting on the measures under the priorities of the NRIS / Plans. The presented results of the conducted within the project review of the progress in the priority areas, the issues of monitoring, reporting and financing, as well as the shared by the participants own experience and practices served as an impetus for the discussions. The drafts of national strategic documents for the period after 2020 were also consulted. Awareness of the participants was raised about the national framework of Roma integration policies and the EU framework, incl. the latest developments in this field.

Emphasis was also placed on issues related to the strengthening of dialogue, cooperation, participation, exchange, interaction between relevant stakeholders at all levels.
The project supported the national consultation process through the National Roma Platform as a mechanism for dialogue, coordinated and guided by the National Roma Contact Point.
